SPRING BASKETBALL 2011/2012 Individual Sign Up -$85 EARLY sign up by March 21st OR $100 after March 21st - Mail cheque, or cash drop off to 39 Pettitt Dr. Guelph ON N1E 7J9 after April 1st  - Please add $30 jersey fee if you are new to league (jersey can be used in future league play) Team Sign Up - $750 EARLY sign up by March 21st OR $950 after March 21st - Mail cheque, or cash drop off to 39 Pettitt Dr. Guelph ON N1E 7J9 - Please add $30 jersey fee for all players who require a league jersey (jersey can be used in future league play)
